Generally the RA is equipped with a limiter to around 176 km/h, hence the speedo only goes to 180 km/h. There exists some STi options, e.g. 240 and 260 km/h. This limiter has been removed from a lot of cars. If you want you specific top speed, go in 5th gear and note the speed at say 2000 RPM. If the car can cope with 6500 RPM (drag plays a huge role at higher speeds), you multiply your velocity at 2000 RPM with 6500/2000 = 3.25.
European cars were specified to 231 km/h, so in that region, if you are after a general value. Please note, that those cars do not have the low ratios of the RA and STi RA.

Here is one of the 240k clocks from same car as yours.
I have also a 260k with differences being the tacho and speed clocks positions are reversed and the pickup is electronic rather than mechanical. Both 1995 vintage.
Are they these Len:
Check the "applications" columns & you will see which is which.

Same letter as in the model code, right? I.e. a 99 car is GC8Fxyz.

It is from the STi catalogue (at least there is something very similar) and it can be found on northursalia.com. There all pages are as individual JPEGs.
